Domestic Shipping Policy (United States of America)

 

• Upon order completion, you will receive a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped an additional email will be sent withholding all the necessary information regarding your order. Shipping Details, Order Number, Tracking Number.

• Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

• Once shipped please allow 5-7 business days to receive your Hawa package.

Local Pickup

 

• We also offer free local pickup. From hours 5 - 9 pm. Location will be sent via confirmation email once an order is completed.

 

International Shipping

 

•  At this time, Hawa Gems does not ship internationally.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All purchases are NON - NON-REFUNDABLE. Once an order is placed, we are not able to process refunds or cancellations. Exchanges are applicable if the package is lost or damaged in transit.
